Draft, pending legal review. Loco Coast is a free fan meme site. You can read and share memes, send yours to our chats and vote without paying. What you create stays yours, and you give us a non-exclusive license to show it. We are not affiliated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.

1. Who we are

Loco Coast is an independent gaming meme studio operated by legal entity and address· coming soon. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Using Loco Coast

  • The site is free to use.
  • Use it lawfully and follow our Content policy.
  • Do not use bots, scripts or extra devices to inflate votes, and do not try to break or overload the site.
  • Do not pretend to be Loco Coast or its team.

3. Your content

  • You keep ownership of the memes, photos and drawings you create or upload.
  • When you send us a meme and agree to put it in a round, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, show and share it on Loco Coast and our official accounts, to resize or crop it for different formats, and to add your credit and our link. You remain free to use your work anywhere else.
  • You can ask us to remove your work at any time. We will take it down from Loco Coast; copies that other people have already shared may stay where they are.
  • You confirm that you have the rights to everything you submit and that it follows our Content policy.

4. Our content

  • Our characters (Iguanito, Don Chompo, Flamingita, Grandpa Preload and Val), art, templates and texts belong to Loco Coast.
  • You are welcome to make non-commercial remixes and fan art with credit to Loco Coast.
  • Commercial use, merchandise or any other product based on our characters needs our written permission.
  • The creator kit on For creators is that permission for videos about Loco Coast, paid Loco Coast tasks on DareBay included, on the terms written there.

5. Rounds and voting

  • Rounds and voting are free. Each round has its own published rules; for that round, they take priority over these terms where the two differ.
  • Votes are not purchases and create no obligations.
  • Prizes, if a round has them, are described in its rules. Paid creator tasks run on DareBay under DareBay's terms.
  • We can disqualify entries or votes that break the rules.

6. Fan site notice

Loco Coast is a fan project. Grand Theft Auto, GTA and related names and marks belong to Take-Two Interactive and Rockstar Games. We mention them only to say what a meme is about. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by them.

7. No guarantees

We provide Loco Coast as it is. Memes are jokes, and facts about games can change, so check official sources for release dates and prices. limitation of liability after legal review· coming soon

8. Changes and contact

9. AI portraits in Telegram

  • Who can use it: adults (18+) only. Send photos of yourself alone: no other people, no children, no famous people and no nudity. Such photos are refused, and we may close the bot to anyone who keeps sending them.
  • What you get: a digital picture drawn by AI in the Loco Coast style from your photo, with our characters. AI results vary and a likeness is not guaranteed. A portrait that cannot be drawn costs nothing: it goes back to your balance.
  • Price: the first portrait is free. More portraits come in packs paid with Telegram Stars; the bot shows each pack and its price in Stars before you pay, and the invoice repeats it. Portraits in a pack do not expire.
  • Refunds: a pack whose portraits are all unused can be refunded in full within 14 days in /paysupport. For anything else, write /paysupport in the bot: we answer within 48 hours and refund when a portrait was not delivered as described. Telegram's support cannot help with purchases made in our bot. Refunds return the Stars to your Telegram balance.
  • Your portraits: you may use them for yourself, including as a profile picture and in posts. Our characters in them remain Loco Coast's, so commercial use (merch, ads) needs our written permission.
  • Pauses and changes: we may pause the bot or change pack prices; a new price applies only to new invoices. If we close the bot for good, unused paid portraits are refunded.
  • Not a game tool: the portraits use our own style and characters. They are not a tool from any game and are not affiliated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.
